While we are small, we are deeply connected. We sent one of our own to a Bay Area Executive Coaching clinic to help him start his executive career in silicon valley. She was able to help him work on his executive presence (we are pretty small, so he can be shy) to land a job in one of the top 3 tech companies in the world despite being from such a small town. This is pretty unusual for Alaska and we are super proud of him and his goal to change the world. He still comes home for our 3 major festivals each year.
